CITY P&Z AGENDA

The Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. tomorrow in the city council chambers on the fourth floor of the Daniel Boone Building, 701 E. Broadway. The meeting is open to the public.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

A. North Central Urban Conservation Overlay District (Tabled at the Oct. 4, Dec. 6 and Feb. 21 meetings.) Commission proposes to table until the June 19 meeting.

B. A request by SOCH LC to rezone property from R-1 to O-P and, for approval of an O-P development plan to be known as Silver Oak Senior Living O-P Plan on the north side of Berrywood Drive, about 400 feet east of Portland Street, containing about 11.24 acres. (Tabled at the April 24 meeting.)

C. A request by Steve Herigon Construction Inc. to rezone property from A-1 to R-1 on the west side of Brown Station Road, across from Mojave Court, containing about 0.27 acre.
