Opal Dee Holem, 72, of Boonville died Saturday, May 3, 2008, at Cooper County Memorial Hospital in Boonville.
Services will be at a later date.
Survivors include her children, James Holem, Garry Holem, Tim Holem, Patricia Bates, Debra Blackwell, Sandra Holem and Pamela Norman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James.
