Ridgeway school

For generations, literally, I’ve asked the question, "Why not use the Ridgeway model in other local elementary schools, perhaps in all of them?" School officials always have said principals and teachers in the several schools were not eager to do it, as if these local building operators should make overall district policy of such a vital nature. The change would be hard. The status quo is easier.
