This week’s photos come from the Heart of Missouri Sweet Adelines and the University of Missouri’s
Student Occupational Therapy
Association.
The Heart of Missouri Sweet Adelines represented Columbia at the regional chorus competition in Springfield, Ill., in March. The Hearts took the contest by storm, swinging clubs and singing parodies about cavewoman life.
Above, Betty Cramer, Nancy Russell and Lauralee Sparling prepare to take the stage.
Below,
Heather Schake, Ashley Ramsey, Mary Ann Simpson, Sherry Ritter, Salem Solomon and Jackie Kreigh ditch the unibrows at the Sweet Adelines competition and show their true faces.

From left, Shana Pauley; Gabe Krug, son of faculty adviser Giuli Krug; and Ryan Davis take a break from a painting project for the Student Occupa-tional Therapy Association.
Right, Katie DeVaul paints with other students from the MU School of Health Professions, who spent a Saturday painting decks at the mobile home of a visually impaired Columbia resident.
As members of the Student Occupational Therapy Association, these students have made a goal to do at least one service project a month.
