Higbee’s Starks a rare talent

Higbee’s Phillip Starks averages 13.4 points and 11.1 rebounds, which means he is in rare company. Among the area players whose statistics are reported to the Tribune, only three average a double-double. Westran’s Roscoe Robinson (26.4 points, 11.4 rebounds) and South Callaway’s Trevor White (18.2, 10.0) are the other two.
