13-year-old girl found in California

A 13-year-old Warsaw girl who’s been missing was found Wednesday in a California park. Savannah Haggerman was in the company of Justin Haggerman, whose disappearance was announced by Missouri State Highway Patrol on Dec. 11. Justin Haggerman was arrested on outstanding warrants alleging rape and parole violations. He also could face a kidnapping charge, Pomona, Calif., police spokesman Sgt. Horace Blehr told ABC News. Haggerman was on parole for assault and burglary. ABC also reported that Savannah Haggerman was placed into protective custody while Missouri officials were notified.
