Amy Hardy, 33, of Mount Vernon, formerly of Columbia, died at 9:45 a.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 2007, at her home.
A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, at Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home.
She was born Jan. 18, 1974, in Mexico, Mo., to Gerald and Nancy Leach Hardy.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
