Levana Robinson, 1905-2006

Levana Hattie Farmer Robinson, 100, of Jefferson City died Monday, May 22, 2006, in Jefferson City.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 10, at Second Christian Church in Jefferson City. Burial will be at Robinson Cemetery in Hannibal.

She was born Dec. 22, 1905, in Wainwright to Calvin "Cal" Henry and Virigina Cave Farmer. She was married to Reginald Sylvester Robinson.

She was a member of Second Christian Church in Hannibal, Park Manor Christian Church in Chicago and, most recently, Second Christian Church in Jefferson City.

Survivors include one son, Sylvester Robinson of Bud Lake, N.J.; two daughters, Frances Regina Robinson of Jefferson City and Julia Luana Drake of Atlanta; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son and one daughter.

Arrangements are by Warren Funeral Chapel in Columbia.
